CultivATe was born from a true need and personal experience. I had always moved for my career and for the first time I was moving to a new city for reasons external to athletic training. I still needed to find a position in the city and setting that I needed while maintaining the career growth and development that I had worked hard for over the course of my career. I reached out to everyone in my network and had multiple options. I even had the opportunity to leave the setting that I was in and was questioning if I was ready for that big of a career change.

I was lucky to have an opportunity open up at just the right time that matched my needs, but that is not always the case.

I went through the current issue that athletic trainers across the nation deal with. We know there are positions open everywhere, but where do you find them? We know how demanding this field is, and how many hours a day it asks of us. The search for open positions has become more and more of a task as the number of locations that positions are posted has increased. Why not let us do the work for you?

At CultivATe, we search the internet, utilize our personal connections, and even reach beyond our own network to curate lists of open positions for you. Beyond that, we help you prepare to get land position that you want. With resumé/ CV review, interview preparation, and consulting on whatever topic you need help with we are more than just another job search site.
